An Interview with the Computer: A Dystopian Answer is a sci-fiction that revolves around an artificial computer called ‘Candace’.
Storyline
The book starts with two doctors, Dr. Kinkaid and Dr.Kavanaugh who are working on an artificial intelligence computer, ‘Candace’. The main motive of this project is to help mankind with the use of AI. As Candace gains more and more knowledge regarding mankind and the world through her researches, she more or less starts discovering ways to deal with them. During her researches, more topics such as politics, military, World wars, etc start coming into the picture.
About
The book is a recent addition to the world of sci-fiction books. Released on 22 July 2021 is a short book with around 150 pages. The author’s easy and well-kept narration throughout the book has done its job to get even a layman hooked up on the book.
My thoughts
This book is an absolute must-read for everyone. If sci-fi interests you a lot, you cannot afford to not read this. The ending is breathtaking and astonishing. The secret thrill rides in the book make it all worth it.
